Hi my name is Kirsty Squires,i am a qualified healthcare assistant and currently work for nurse on call and the Beacon, i have been working in this area for the past year, i have worked in many nursing homes and hospitals doing lots of specialing and day to day care. • Assist Clients with showering and bathing
• Assist Clients with toileting
• Assist Clients with getting dressed
• Provide convalesence care to Clients after hospital discharge
• Pick up prescriptions/shopping
• Accompany/transport Clients to local shops/to visit friends and family
• Engage in leisure activities with Clients such as reading or playing board games etc
• Keep other healthcare professionals such as Public Health Nurses informed
• Pick up prescriptions/shopping
